No, all reservation fees are non-refundable. However, when you proceed with renting, this reservation fee will be credited towards your lease agreement.
The reservation ensures availability of your safe deposit box for 30 days. If the rental process does not begin within this period, while the reservation remains valid, we cannot guarantee continued availability. In such cases, the reservation may be placed on a waiting list.
You can have up to 2 Authorized Members and/or joint Members who have different rights on the Box contents. Please refer to the Rental Agreement for more information.
We provide 2 keys for the Safe Deposit Box; these are the ONLY copies for your box. We do not keep any customer’s copies. If you lose your keys, there is an extra charge to change the lock and create 2 new keys with our authorized locksmith. Members cannot duplicate the keys; this is a violation of the terms, and you will lose the security deposit and may be denied the following renewal term.
We protect the confidentiality of each client and their personal information to maintain a low profile. We manage a very high privacy level at Vault House. We assure you your information will not be sold or used for third parties marketing campaigns. You may keep any precious metals, jewelry, watches, hard disks, cryptocurrency, bond, stamps collection, data files, heirlooms, passport, will, property titles, essential documents, or any asset that is legal in the state of Florida.
You can pay with Master Card, Visa, American Express, Zelle, check, wire transfer, and cash Some fees may apply according to the desired payment method. Recurring payments can be set up at the member registration or any other time just by signing the approval. Payment methods can be modified at any time.
If you cannot pay the account fee, you must submit a request to close the account, and we will use the security deposit to cover the outstanding balance. If you are late, we will charge a late fee. Refer to the rental agreement for more information regarding automatic payment authorization, late fee charges, and more.
If the person is not a registered user, that third party may not enter the Vault. Regardless of if they bring your key, call or email us. For your security, only authorized users may enter the Vault.
You CANNOT and are PROHIBITED to keep any item(s) that constitutes a threat to the Vault and/or illegal items under local, state, and federal law. You are prohibited from placing ill-gotten proceeds derived from any activity involving money laundering, terrorist financing, kidnapping or human trafficking, illegal chemicals or drugs, and/or any proceeds derived from any criminal activity. You are also PROHIBITED from keeping noxious, toxic, poisonous, corrosive, flammable, explosive, stable materials or items. Additionally, you CANNOT keep firearms, knives, or ammunition in your box. If TVH learns of any member violating the TVH rules, TVH will cancel the membership immediately. For more details, please refer to TVH Rental Agreement or contact us directly.
No, you do not need to disclose to Swift Storage And Securities the box's contents. We recommend keeping an inventory of everything you have and pictures, especially when having more than one authorized person in your account to access the box.
Our personnel is highly trained professionals who must pass several exams before becoming a Vault House Team Member. Employees have continuous tests, training, and other security protocols. Additionally, none of the personnel will have full access to the security protocols of the Vault.
Our boxes are made from steel and aluminum which make them resistant to fire, flood, or any other disaster. Members must have all documents in water-proof and/or fire-proof envelopes. Members should have their personal Insurance of the box content.
In the Rental Contract, you can assign an authorized user(s) to open your Safe Deposit Box in case of death. They must bring your key and a notarized Death Certificate that will verify your identity, and after, the authorized person can remove the contents of the box with your key. If they do not have the key, our certified locksmith can replace the lock, and an additional fee will apply
If a client didn’t assign authorized user(s) to open your Safe Deposit Box, then we need proof of Death Certificate, Will, and Court Order that authorizes the release of the Safe Deposit Box.
Swift Storage And Securities also offers inheritance or Will Boxes designed specially to open after your death or on a specific date you have selected. The box is closed with wax until it is time to open. Those fees are paid in advance for a minimum of 3 years and will have a special discount.
